Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

We do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences, including but not limited to flavor profile, balance, aroma, or individual expectations. Taste is subjective, and by purchasing ARKAY products, customers acknowledge that they understand the concept and characteristics of alcohol-free spirits prior to purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they are aware of what ARKAY represents and agree to these terms in advance.

Age Requirement & Buyer Confirmation

The Buyer states that he or she is at least 18 years of age. Any minor attempting to make a purchase will be fully prosecuted by the law.

By clicking the Terms and Agreement checkbox at time of checkout the Buyer swears they are 18 years of age or older, that all personal information the Buyer gives is true and accurate pertaining to the identity and physical address of the Buyer.

Because some drinks taste bad to some people and good to others; and due to the nature of arkayzeroproof.com drinks, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND SALES ARE FINAL.

Forced Cancellation

arkayzeroproof.com reserves the right to apply cancellation fees to any order which is cancelled or partly cancelled by you.

Prohibited Resale

By purchasing on arkayzeroproof.com for personal use or for resale, you undertake that you will never post any arkayzeroproof.com products on Amazon.com, E-bay, Alibaba.com, or any other e-commerce websites not related to arkayzeroproof.com.

In the event you do, you agree irrevocably to compensate Cote d’Azur Holding Ltd in the amount of US$100,000 by occurrence.
